Experienced litigators in Israel

Israeli lawyers

The Lawyers of our Israeli law firm are experienced litigators for the past twenty-two years. Our lawyers discuss the client’s legal matter with the aim to truly understand what it is that the client strives to achieve. Then,  the lawyers of our Israeli law firm provide the client with a feedback as to what is realistically achievable and what is fantasy. This is can be described as a “reality check” based on the  professional and practical experience of our Israeli lawyers. The outcome of phase two is that realistic objectives are set together with the client. Finally,  our lawyers will start to work on the matter and enter the negotiation and litigation stage to achieve our clients’, objective.

Estate Administration

When an estate includes complex assets or assets that must be sold, as well as  when there are disputes surrounding an estate, the court may elect to appoint an Estate Administrator. The deceased may also elect to appoint a person of trust as estate administrator in his last will if he assumes that such appointment may help to ensure the will’s execution.

The Israeli lawyers of our Tel Aviv law firm can be  appointed as estate administrators. We have been bringing our various experience into pla for over twenty years in order to ensure that the last will of the deceased will be respected and that the heirs will have the estate fairly handled in their best interest.

Litigation & Will Contests

Often enough, after an individual passes away, his relatives or spouse have reason to believe that there are grounds for contesting a will. Such grounds may include undue influence on the deceased, involvement by one of the beneficiaries in the act of making the will and more. There are also formal grounds for contesting the validity of a last will.

Our Israeli lawyers at THE LAW OFFICES OF DAVID SHAKARCHI are experienced in representing both contestants as well as those who need to defend the last will against such challenges before the family courts in Israel.
